Terminal crimping pressure management
The pressure error can be detected immediately, when we detect the terminal crimping pressure with pressure sensor. This ensures every piece of production output is of good quality.
Terminal cross section inspection
To ensure terminal conductivity and pulling resistance, the following below should be detected:
1. Symmetry
2. Tight conductor crimp
3. Contact with conductor by pin only
4. Free from damage
5. No gap found at top of terminal
